With your exercise plan in hand, we will address imbalances and nonfunctional movement patterns found and begin creating real results without injury. Your plan is a unique and evolving strategic blend of exercise modalities best suited to fit your needs and goals.
With skilled experience with all fitness levels, Lisa successfully trains all bodies including special populations: rehabilitating and post rehabilitating clients, prenatal / postpartum, seniors, athletes, dancers, and new exercisers.

Engaging the mind as well as the body, utilizing breath and proper form, we will train your muscles to work together to enhance your daily life. You will learn body awareness and how to fire the muscles you need to move as you desire with power, precision, control, efficiency, and ease.
Success equals a client who learns to move well, safely and effectively doing whatever he or she does whether carrying a child or groceries, running a marathon, or swinging a racket or golf club.
