Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy differs from traditional Yoga Classes in that it is more educational in nature. Each series has a specific therapeutic focus and classes are developed to support that focus. Sessions can be private, semi-private or small group. Group classes are taught in a 6-week series of weekly 75 minute classes. Examples of series and class focuses include:

Class Focus:
Improve Sleep Quality - Addressing and mitigating the effects of stress – the impact of stress, negative and positive emotions on the body, specifically sleep
Improve Digestive Track Function – Addressing and mitigating the impacts of stress on the Gastrointestinal Track
